Fogo de Chao

Fogo de Chao is an authentic Churrascaria (Brazilian Steakhouse) and they have been setting the standard in Brazil with this style of dining for the past 30 years. Here in Miami, Fogo offers their guests 15 delectable cuts of fire-roasted meats served tableside by the authentic gaucho chefs that prepare and cook each cut. They also offer a “salad bar” consisting of gourmet salads, fresh-cut vegetables,cured meats, smoked salmon and imported cheeses, as well as a variety of traditional Brazilian side dishes and desserts. To enhance the dining experience, patrons can enjoy a glass of wine from Fogo de Chao’s extensive and award-winning list, or an authentic Brazilian cocktail. We recommend the Caipirinha, the official cocktail of Brazil…(and soon to be Miami!). The 15 cuts of meat, limitless sides and gourmet salad buffet are all included in their prix fixe menu and they are open for both lunch and dinner.
